I drink black coffee � and this was the first time in a very long time, that after I took a sip of that blend of coffee, well it just blew me away, to a point I reacted instantly to say out loud “wow what a lovely smooth coffee” it was delicious, along with that lovely lemon � drizzle cake �
I would recommend Gulliver's as a relaxed and comfortable place for a catch-up. The cakes are amazing, the toasties delicious and the staff very friendly. Free tea or coffee with a cake - what's not to like!! I'm sure I will be making a return visit.
An excellent place for coffee, mine (a latte) was strong without the bitterness, the carrot cake was moist and very tasty. The staff are friendly, helpful and relaxed
Lovely independent cafe with delicious home baked cakes and good coffee. Tucked away behind Sainsburys it can be a bit hard to find, but was a nice quite place to meet a friend. No baby changing facilities, but staff were very helpful in accommodating this.
Had a lovely cup of coffee & a delicious slice of carrot cake the best I've tasted, all the cakes look lovely. Nice chilled atmosphere & friendly staff. A great place to sit back & relax.
Utterly incredible cakes. The lemon drizzle may well have been the best I've ever had and the carrot cake was amazing too.

Delicious food, one of the most comfortable sofas I have ever sat on and newspapers to read (and very friendly staff, and a great playlist!). We will definitely visit again when we're back in Exeter!
Lovely atmosphere, reasonably priced, good portion size, tasty, well presented, cake was epic! Will be back, this is my new favourite place to grab a bite to eat in Exeter!
This is the best Independant coffee shop in Exeter and for me the UK. All cakes are home made, the lemon drissel is to die for. If you are in Exeter then Gullivers is the place to unwind from the stresses of the day.
My son says it one of the best places he has ever been. Great cakes and panini and drinks.
