Comfortable bar, extending onto a covered terrace, serving good coffee. Still a favourite city centre meeting place, with art in adjacent rooms and the basement located community radio station over the speakers.

Done a great job with covid..super impressed....great service and still a cool hip bar but with great team ensuring a happy night and great environment... get there and support them...lots of new plants and grass and a great outdoor bar...hopefully they get some outdoor infra heaters for the winter... Went to see bluetones at phoenix. Awesome venue. Well organised and a super night.

A really lovely venue inside and out. Drinks prices are reasonable. My only criticism is if you are going to watch a gig there it gets very warm and stuff. Ladies take a fan!

We used one of the function rooms for a work Away Day. Good rooms, good priced. Delighted to pay for renting a room here than a random hotel in town. We also ordered food for lunch. It had vegan and nut free options (which is good). Not sure I'd recommend the catering - nothing wrong with it but not particularly inspiring.

Friendly staff. Really cool garden drinking area. Watch this space! They arrange out of the ordinary shows. Drinks are fairly priced. The calamari is definitely recommended

Such a great venue. Always love coming to the Phoenix. Such a well organised and relaxed music and arts centre. So many great bands, movies and events over the course of the year. Chill out great atmosphere bar cafe. Nice outdoor decked area for pre-show drinks. Friendly helpful staff. Small intimate gigs with great sound quality and a real personal experience.
