Showed up here during a driver's break at 2:15am and the gentleman serving was absolutely lovely and full of beans! A real refreshing uplifting bit of personal interaction after quite a long journey. This young man deserves a lot of praise, I could never have this enthusiasm and friendliness at this time in the morning with a bunch of miserable tired passengers.

honestly, it’s been a pleasure to spend our hours waiting for the AA on the comfy seats of this haven. the oat milk flat white tastes as if it’s being sipped on the avenues of venice. very chipper staff who are heroically working all through the night, hats off to them. enjoy everyone.

Slight wait to be served due to being busy. Up to the usual standard. Would be nice to have a few more comfortable seats to help with driving fatigue.

The girl here, Em I think her name was? She was soooooo lovely!! My drink was amazing and I needed it after the journey I made today. I'm very happy with her service and I hope to see her again :)

Another visit to another Costa. I had my usual caramel latte and it was the same as always, great, milky and sweet. As I am saving my Costa card points I am often in Costa but as I get the same dddrink it's going to always be the same unless I get a cold drink. Plus my favourite sandwich here is the mushroom and cheese toastie, yummy.

It is a bit pricey as you would expect from a Costa but it is a good drink I can't say what the coffee or tea is like but the hot chocolate is good.

I visit nearly every day on my way to work at around 0530-0600 so have got use to seeing the usual team however it appears that one older woman clearly is letting your team down.. I stood waiting the other day for nearly 10 minutes while she had a chat with another employee from M&S about another employee... I wouldn't want to work with her! Eventually Slim noticed I was still waiting and came over to serve me, But anyway I always get brilliant service from the team in the morning (excluding her she's just lazy and rude)

Staff are very friendly and they made coffee perfectly, served fast, efficiently and most importantly with a smile. My husband and I are very happy satisfied customers. Especial mention Barista Jordan.
