First experience ordering here. It had obviously been a really busy night as they rang us up telling us they'd unfortunately ran out of a couple of things we'd ordered. They swapped one of the items for us no problem and delivered the order to us completely free of charge as an apology. It was a really nice thing to do, quality customer service and the guy on the phone/delivery guy were really nice and apologetic. The food was really good too, will definitely order here again :)

Just ate from here for the first time and for sure will be ordering again. My new fave chinese. Absolutely beautiful hot tasty food. Very fresh and crunchy, just the way it should be. Arrived on time and even loved the way the food was packed in the boxes. Thankyou hotcha :)

First time we have ordered from Hotcha but it will not be the last. Excellent very tasty food, delivered on time and there was plenty of it. Thanks. ... honestly I think its the best Wok food we have eaten.

Just ordered again for the 3 rd time, and once again not been disappointed. Best Chinese in Exeter, would recommend to anyone!!!!
