Been a member for several months now, so glad I joined. Traditionally I've always trained at commercial gyms by myself - group training wasn't really something I'd even considered. It was only after joining I realised I got so much more out of my workouts by training with others.
Trainers are all top lads, super encouraging and knowledgeable.
There's a cafe on site serving food, coffee, smoothies etc - all delicious and healthy (none of the guilt 👍)

I absolutely LOVE trainfit gym! Everyone there is really lovely and it's a great atmosphere. The classes are always challenging and different and the mix of different coaches keeps things dynamic and interesting. I like their focus of technique and how they build improvements into the class over a period of weeks, re-testing things like 1 RM (rep - max) and comparing the same workout you may have done the previous month to see you're improvement. There is also an app you can track everything on. The facilities are really good, there is a sauna and a leg massage boot and showers. The gym is open 24/7 and is always kept clean and tidy. In light of the recent pandemic they have been absolutely incredible! Pulling out all the stops to ensure safety first and continuity of the gym. Can't rate this gym highly enough. Really nice bunch of people and good equipment.
I started TrainFit as a January starter in 2019. I had poor mobility and low confidence and following a car accident I couldn't lift my right arm higher than my shoulder. The PTs were amazing. They modified movements and encouraged me. They also taught me to have patience with myself. Meg @ injury fit worked magic on my shoulder and its now able to lift weight above my head.
From training to recovery this gym has everything and I love it. I love the community this gym has and the support and well planned classes that have taught me and shown me what i can do with the correct guidance and support.
I joined Trainfit in January 2020. I was new to lifting weights so wasn't sure what to expect but haven't looked back. The staff have been fantastic and so supportive in teaching new moves and really getting the most out of you every session. Everyone is so friendly and it feels like such a community. Would definitely recommend anyone to give it a go.
Best gym atmosphere in Exeter. If you want to get fitter this is the gym with great CrossFit classes. Scrap your personal trainer and replace it with CrossFit!
Great place for group workouts, friendly coaches and members. All the equipment you need plus 24/7 access which is perfect for shift working, never miss a session that way
Had a couple of trial classes with Josh and Ryan. Great coaches, excellent equipment and great vibe. Can not recommend enough
