No stars for the service. Unacceptable - rude, despicable staff.
I visited Caffe Nero on 23 August 2025 after 10am. I asked for a matcha latte …
Sometimes they rush making the drinks leading to weak tasting mochas, hot chocolates and lattes and its not as nice as if they took a bit more time and put a bit more effort. Overall they are nice but wish they would make the drinks better.
Nice people, welcoming, clean loos but can you please train Nero staff as to how to make a cup of tea to take away! If not, may I do it myself in future? :)
Just such lovely baristas. Very welcoming! Customers are their priority! Thank you for not forgetting about my vegan cream. 👏 …
My local Caffe Nero branch is in Islington but it's closed for renovations at the moment, so I've started coming here for my free coffee (thanks Vitality!!).
However I may continue to come here even when Islington re-opens. The staff are friendly, tables are clean and service is always fast.
Great work team 🙌🏻 …
Great coffee and service, staff here are so friendly. I tend to come in most mornings and they always greet me with friendly smiles.
