Try not to put negative comment but this one drive me crazy
Yesterday gave me sour chocolate milk shake can’t drink and a single cheese bacon double burger today give me no bacon bacon double cheese burger and the cashier said oh have u order just double burger but the warp paper has the word bacon fine they put back a bacon I give a picture
I hope they can improve as two days in a row I can’t skip it need to put a review for them to improve
Just imagine u r me n how I feel it’s 3pm I have lunch and get this !!

Bought in the end two of these Roku TV receivers.The shift supervisor who corrected the price was very rude second time around.
Priced at £30 and at the till £40.
Won't be going back thank you for the bad experience.

Run out of kectuhup!! What McDonald's does that! Had to sit in has the drive through was closed (apparently they was causing too much traffic chaos) ordered say 8 meals and many of the burgers was a little dry so a 3 star place for me!
I've changed my stars everytine.i go no straw in the drive thru, how dumb can you be

McDonald's in Failsworth is one of the top fast food restaurants in the area, with excellent customer care, quick service, and order accuracy. There's no doubt that the team deserves some recognition.

Slowest service ever. I don't think ever in my life I waited 20 minutes to collect my food, especially while buying just a Big Mac with fries and with half empty restaurant (only about 5 people collected before me in these 20 minutes) I guess they must have had a lot of drive through orders, but still the service was way too slow. I could get served at a proper restaurant in this time.

Only me in the drive through, and made to wait nearly 20 minutes at the final window, It was late at night (22:30) I thought it was because they had to make my food but when I got home (2 miles) it was stone cold. Staff were pleasant but messing about at the time.

Never been into McDonalds as a thing. The food's always painted to look nice on TV adverts as we all know. It's also always been rubbery burgers, cheap buns and soggy fries.
However,,,, this is the first time I've been in for years - other than for Coffee. We went in on a whim. Just a snap decision as we were passing. We ordered two meals with Coffee and I have to say, the food looked and tasted as good as the adverts portray it. What's more, it was a decent portion - a healthy portion, not your old two bites, a burp and that's your lot.The atmosphere was relaxed and there was no rush about the day. The service was very polite and professional for a fast food chain. Never thought I'd give a McDonald's five stars but on this occasion, I couldn't fault them in any way. I will go again, without a doubt.
