Usual standard Wetherspoon pub, with usual menu and usual selection of drinks. Very clean and spacious inside. Pleasant staff. Food was nice.
What's not to like? Compared with other establishments in the area this is insanely cheap. Two decent sreaks with chips and a pint of Abbott and Strongbow for £24; this is the same that pubs round here are charging for a bottle of wine. Service was very good - ordering to serving was 10 minutes and all hot and fresh.
If you want something fancy, go elsewhere and pay the price. If you want a decent meal at a ridiculously cheap price, come here.
Loads of places to park foc in the evening.
The food is always good value for money, well sized portions and most of the time brilliant service. I usually go for the curry on Thursdays and it's always very tasty and properly cooked, the garlic naan is delicious too 😆 drinks are usually chilled properly, although I'd prefer to be given the choice of ice as sometimes despite hot weather I'm just not wanting it 😆 but I've got no real problems with the place, it's a highlight of my weeks when I go 👍🏻
Lovely and air conditioned on a very hot day. Drinks and food both tasted fresh and were speedily delivered. What's not to like really... plenty of seats and surroundings pretty good and clean enough.
Went here for a Sunday lunch, nice decor and not too busy when we arrived at 12. Staff were friendly and there was plenty of seating inside and out. Ordered food at the bar (since you can't edit dishes via the app) and within about 10 minutes the food arrived. It was hot and good for the money. Will definitely visit again.
Had a quick lunch there , it was okay , what you'd expect , its a wetherspoons place . Staff very pleasant , all paid very little and on zero hours contracts but all doing a good job
Nice pub with pub grub.
My only issue was the noise
Lots of loud talking adults and some children acting like they were in a playground, not all the childs fault, but inconsiderate parents did not help.
Gripe over, lol
The server was incredibly bright and cheerful, even made some recommendations when he saw he had a tourist brochure that my daughter picked up. Food was wetherspoons food, which is as you'd expect, you get what you pay for!
It is what it is .. cheap and cheerful ..food is fast coming out ..havent had to complain in a few years ..breakfast is awesome lots of choice for whatever breakfast you prefer ..
This is 100% the best wetherspoon branch ever. Food hot fresh & tasty. Why can't all spoons be as good . Well done team!!
