Used to come here alot on lunchtimes but the last 6 or 7 times I have went they have been closed at lunch but still stating on Google that they are open from 12 to 1:30 so I thought I would go today at lunch and give another try, got there at 1:15 and they had just closed and were cleaning up but still states on Google they are open until 1:30 so this place is a hit or a miss now at lunch time so avoid at all costs to save a wasted journey and lunchtime

Friendly staff, fresh food. Both had fish suppers. Both of us found our food delicious. Certainly would not pass this place to get to more famed chippys. Highly recommended.

Terrible, ordered scampi and fritters, fritters were ok and well cooked, the scampi was disgusting in appearance, so much so i wouldnt even try it. My kids had sausage suppers and they were fine. Would not recommend.

Great chips and all the rest of their food. Cooked well in lard. But, they don't deliver and you cant pay over the phone. Only in the shop. Kinda outdated "service" for the 21st century. Need ro get with the times amd start delivering and obtaining a more current way of paying. It will no doubt go out of business and the rest of the econmony grows.

Man that was cooking was very rude not a pleasant experience no customer service. Sausages had been sitting a while either overcooked or dried as left too long. Won’t be back

One of the best chip shops in the full FK area. Ordered half pizza crunch cooked from fresh not reheated like some other places don't have to wait to long and food always tastes great

Got sausage supper tonight. Was completely rank
Think the sausage and chips had been lying there since opening. Sausage was like a brick.
Needless to say most went in the bucket and certainly won't be back
