Really really nice food and generous portions. Perfectly cooked poached eggs and vegan variations available of all options. I felt like I was eating from a Yotam Ottolenghi book, yum yum. Seemed like a lot of people had bought one drink and were sitting at a computer for hours with their mates, a bit annoying when there's no seats! That won't stop me going back soon though.

We had the most DELICIOUS breakfast at the OPE this morning! I can say with absolute certainty that this is the BEST CAFE IN FALMOUTH. Firstly because they make Bacon Jam....and secondly because the staff are wonderful!! Definitely worth a visit!! 👌👌👌

Hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had,
Avocado on toast with yummy veg and a espresso tonic on the side!! Must try if in Falmouth! Great latte and cheese toastie too

Tried this place for breakfast on my last day in Falmouth. Why didn't I find it sooner? The breakfast was incredible and the staff were great. Small café but that's partly what makes it so nice.

Easily the best coffee shop in Falmouth, and one of my favourites in the country. The food is fantastic, the environment excellent and the staff are always friendly. Also, the music choices are always on point.

We love The Ope! Al and Tana are brilliant hosts and have created a very special place in the heart of Falmouth with the perfect vibe. We're always popping in for tea, cake and hot chocolate and today we had an amazing lunch. It was simply delicious, full of fresh, local ingredients which complemented each other perfectly - the home made ricotta was gorgeous! Thank you The Ope, and see you again soon! x

The Ope offers everything I'm looking for in a café - great atmosphere, the friendliest of welcomes, terrific music and food that is sublime (fantastically delicious, beautifully presented, healthy, local and fresh). The Ope's chef is a genius in the kitchen, creative and passionate about what you eat. This is foodie heaven. There's even a great view!

Amazing cafe in heart of Falmouth with bags of character. The cafe is covered in local art - some of which made by the creative owners - and interesting trinkets. Also the best view from the High St; you can sit on stools looking through an arch at a perfect view of yachts in the estuary. Lovely Cornish drinks and food, and friendly service from the couple who run it. Will definitely be going back!
