Very good ..Great staff...Good service.
But toilet needs deep clean...in fact deep clean needed throughout...
But other than that the staff are brilliant..

It's a coffee shop, part of a National Chain but the staff here are second to none.
Quick service, always greeted with a smile, and what I think are the best coffees out of all the high street chains.

I always receive excellent service here. Seating can be limited buts it's evidence of how popular the cafe is due to its truly wonderful the staff are here. Always up for a chat, never seem rushed or pushy. I was unsure about a berry sauce in a coffee from the Christmas menu and the lady even promised me she would make me something different if I didn't like it. Presentation of drinks is always good. The cakes could be better but I still find myself adding one to my order. Thank you Nero's Falmouth!
This place is always busy. In my experience that is a good sign. I dropped in this morning for a swift libation and I was not disappointed. The coffee was hot and refreshing; the chair soft and comfortable; the staff friendly and accommodating. Yeah...pretty good.
