Wife and I visited following a recommendation. Quaint location with easy free parking outside after 6pm. Lovely atmosphere and nice being able to relax with a drink before being shown to our table. Modest menu choices but varied and interesting. Very well cooked, nicely presented and great veg selection. Great service and was nice to see the chefs at work. Will go again.
5* all the way! The atmosphere is ambient and the waitresses are humble and friendly. We just enjoyed the most incredible goats cheese crossing starter with heritage tomatoes, we shared one serving and that was fine, followed by spinach and ricotta tortellini - clearly made from scratch, cooked in the Italian al dente style, with an incredible heritage tomato, parsley and samphire sauce. Magnificent!
Superb service and quality of food. Also the quantity was very filling. Struggled fitting in my cheese and biscuits but it all tasted so good I managed to. I will visit this restaurant again.
Absolutely lovely food. Superb service and welcoming staff. This family run restaurant has been here for ages, a testament to their quality products, first class prep and caring customer service. The meals here just get better every time.

Charming service, delicious food with personality. Amazing value. Will recommend to friends. The food tasted freshly cooked and the tortellini were cooked and made beautifully served in an light aromatic sauce with samphire and heritage tomatoes. Staff were lovely
Ate off the menu 2 course meal. Food great. The gluten free eater in our party was well catered for and the coffee after came with a truly heavenly home made truffle. Head waiter brilliant not keen on his second. Busy place recommend booking.
