The store was extremely busy when I went in last. The queue was out the door, and filing round to Nandos, but the staff did an excellent job at keeping the queue flowing quickly and abiding by the store capacity count. The sub was well made and tasted great. Cleanliness could be a tad better, but since it was busy at the time its partially excusable.

added feb'21; boosted from 2 to 4* because since i wrote the review below its been really good. staff are good and dont scrimp on the fillings.
earlier review; every time i try and order i cant sign in to my subcard account, "error 1015 im banned"
ive lost patience with it and youve lost 3 orders so far

Great. Nice staff that are engaging and helpful. Tried the vegan patty which was very good, and nice to see that they do fresh spinach as part of the salad selection. Also clean and tidy.

Amazing staff provide quick and easy service :) One member of staff by the name of Jane? My apologies if that is wrong bought me and my friends extra biscuits after a computer issue :)

As a fast food outlet, we love the freshness of the food, made in front of you while you wait.
The only place our 5 year old granddaughter will eat the whole meal!!

Nice little site. Bit small so can take a little while to get served when busy but you always get a friendly, polite service

Really impressed (most of the time) at the service and quality of food. Pretty much always busy which speaks for itself. A bigger store would be better as it can be a struggle to find somewhere to sit.

A bit of a small store and can feel like your eating on top of each other but most subways are small. Never had a bad experience so far in here all good.

my first subway was lovely. better then the other fast food restaurants in fareham. i what to say that i want to go their again but four stars because it was crowded and had no space
