Edit from my previous 2 star review: main issue, no card payment over the phone and inconsistency with payment methods. Rang this evening (went to the cash point prior as we wanted to give it another try). It was clearly stated cash only over the phone before even starting. Placed order. Hot, fresh and quickly delivered. Food was phenomenal - I mean AMAZING! We’re close to a cash machine so we will definitely use as our go to. Trust me, food is worth it! What a shame! My wife and I ordered from here, specifically on the 24th of August 2023 (as I’m reviewing now, last week). It was my wife’s birthday and all she wanted for dinner was a Chinese takeaway. After browsing our options and a couple of calls, Little Kitchen was the only place that would deliver to us. I called at 22:17 and they were gracious enough to say that we’d be their last delivery (no mention of my wife’s birthday was made) - we were so happy! They asked if we could pay cash because they had put away their card machine for the evening, but I said that we don’t carry cash - they still processed our order via card over the phone. The food was AMAZING! Hence us calling back tonight; I was really hoping we’d found a really reliable, tasty Chinese takeaway that we’d use frequently. Called tonight (21:21) - we were shut down! I was told, ‘No darling cash only,’ despite my order starting with me explaining how amazing their food was last time, and that they processed our order via card over the phone last week. Just a real shame! You could’ve gained a frequent customer with us, but not being able to pay by card, is a real inconvenience.

I am northern & been searching for a decent Chinese since I moved here 6 years ago & I have finally found it!! The lady behind the counter & all the staff are so friendly & nothing is too much trouble. The food is incredible, always on time, tastes amazing & isn’t over priced. Cannot recommend this place enough! Once you’ve tried it, you won’t go anywhere else☺️
