Plenty of seating in a busy location which was surprising. You can use their toilet facilities as long as you are purchasing something in the cafe. Good range of food and drinks, decent service. They couldn't get our money off voucher to work so input it manually for us and let us keep ours to use another time.

This is the place for excellent service and high quality product. I had just walked out of the pret a manger because they didn't have any ice for my coffee in August! They still charged me then made me wait for the refund. I got my iced coffee in Costa in less time than it took for pret to locate a manager!
I will always use Costa now.

This Costa looks much bigger on the inside than it does on the outside. I really liked this Costa. The staff seem to be excellent; their manners were cheerful and attentive. I had a bit of a problem, I spilt the cream but when I told the barristers they weren’t at all worried about it and gave me a helping of serviettes to mop it up with, as well as some more cream 🙂
There were lots of comfortable soft chairs, space and some nice background music. The decor was very nice and the windows and lighting were all good. It’s very modern looking inside. This must be one of the best Costas in Central London.

Lovely. Amazing.
Chose this Costa Coffee because the pictures showed a great interior with big windows.
Enjoyed a big size (*huge/soup bowl* actually) soy milk latte while making a video call with my friend in Japan. The stable (free!) WIFI resulted in an amazing connection, no interruptions😄👍
The Polish guy was helping out his new Korean colleague while both attended the guests in a most hospitable way, both speaking perfectly English. Also, in for a chat and kindly answering my question regarding availability of decaf coffee (will order that next time).
For those who are wondering; the toilets are clean and plugs are available (if you are from outside of the UK, please remember to bring a converter!)
I am already looking forward to go back here on my next trip to London! (^^)
