Absolutely awful food - avoid! Ordered a lamb korma, only to find there were pieces of chicken in it mixed in with the lamb! I am allergic to chicken so rang up to ask what has happened to my food and they could not tell me. Absolutely disgusting. Something must be wrong with chef to cross contaminate food. Was offered another lamb korma - safe to say this was declined!

Just had a lovely meal. Was worried after seeing the negative reviews but have no complaints. The delivery guy was really friendly and the food was hot and each dish full of flavour. All four of us enjoyed the food.

I wish i could give no rating or give a trash mark to saffron. This is my first complaint ever in my life. First take away that made me so unhappy didn’t enjoy food at all. Chicken tandoori was dry n was stale. Paneer tasteless, keema naan rubbish. This restaurant should really not be doing business. Shame how each and every one is complaining…i wish i had never found it while searching on google.

This is the worst Indian around reference manners. My wife was ill yesterday after an op and decided to order an Indian with my daughter getting takeaway night before and it was nice. So when delivered onion bhaji were burnt chicken pink so She left it as was around 9..She was still a bit out of it so left it till today to ring back. She rang at 5.15 and girl on phone said I will speak to my manager which she did. He shouted why did she not ring last night tell her if bad bring it in to him. My wife was so upset as She felt it better to ring and say rather than a bad review to give them a chance.... awful human and to speak to his staff like that is disgusting.

Note: Generally as a google local guide in Farnborough, i am quite considerate and accommodating while rating a business so if I rate poorly then the experience must have been really really bad.
Please do not visit this place. The food is horrible. The staff is extremely rude.If you call them more than once to know about your order or to make it spicy they will start behaving rudely with you. I went to pick my order. And politely complained about they being rude on phone at which the owner started misbehaving and yelling . The reason was why were they called twice regarding queries about my order. Absolutely illogical explanation.Pathetic place ! I have been in Farnborough for so many years but not even once have I heard any positive feedback from anyone who ordered from this place For your own safety stay away from this place.
Here is a bit detailed review on quality of food .goto the photos section to see the pic of the food we received. We ordered 5 dishes :
1) chana masala side
2) paneer Makhani side
3) dal makhani
4) chilli chicken - starter
5) veg biryani - not with this order but ordered previously
The first 3 dishes ( and definitely the first 2) taste exactly the same. They are using same sauce for very dish.don’t expect a different flavour when ordering different dishes. Chilli chicken is mentioned as a starter but was given in full gravy like a main dish. To be honest the shouldn’t call themselves as Indian takeaway. The biryani doesn’t taste like biryani at all but some sort of pulav style rice which appears their local native dish. I don’t say that you need to be an Indian to make decent Indian food but these folks don’t understand Indian food at all and have just randomly read some names on internet and labelled their local food as Indian food. What a shame ! You are better off buying the heat and eat MTR or Ashoka gravies from Asda that you get for £1 or £2 each.

Food was ready for collection on time. But I have to say no flavour what so ever.
Rice was cold, nan bread had no noticeable flavour. Both main dishes were completely flavour less.
Really disappointed and won't be using saffron again.
Don't bother ordering from here. What a waste. Just nasty.

Highly recommend. Delicious food, reasonably priced, quick and staff always friendly and helpful. Always our Indian takeaway of choice. We are a mix of vegetarians and full on meat eaters and both have lots of choice and food is yummy.

Burned naan bread, really terrible and tasteless curries and the starter platter was nasty, soggy and full of cold grease too.
I don't often leave bad reviews but we literally couldn't eat this meal - and we're not even picky, we love a good curry. It all went in the garbage and today my stomach has been acting up all day. Worst £27 I've spent in a long time.
