Decided to pop by yesterday for a late fish & chips.
One of the best fish and chips takeaways we've ever ordered. Batter was cripsy and delicious and chips were excellent too!

Decent battered fish cooked freshly to order and well cooked chips. £11.10 for small cod, chips and mushy peas which is more than most local chip shops and average size portions. This was the price charged in the shop for takeaway. I do not use delivery services.

Just had fish and chips with curry sauce and a battered sausage and the food was some of the best we have ever had from a chippy the curry sauce was outstanding

Excellent fish and chips. 99/100. Only comment is that I find it unusual that they charge 10p for a biodegradable carrier bag. Correct me if I'm wrong but the 5p/10p bag charge was to discourage people taking a bag that takes 100 years to break down, if the bag is now eco-friendly, what's the point

Popular take-away, always lots of customers outside. Food really nice and fresh; fish was super lovely as were the chips. Happy to do Gluten Free on a Monday and Tuesday. Not sure why so many bad reviews, food was fab?
