It seems that the recent update of my app caused my reward points to disappear. I attempted to register again but was offered a non-functional 30% discount. As a last resort, I tried scanning the code but it didn't work either. Consequently, I had to place an order like everyone else and wait for my lunch to be prepared. Despite the lack of customers, I had to wait longer than usual. All in all, it was not a pleasant experience.

Frequently visit this McDonald's with friends due to it being open 24/7, only ever once experiencing a closure. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful with any issues with orders or requests. It can get busy throughout points of the day, with the evenings bringing some troublesome customers, but the staff always handle it well. Would recommend to anyone in the area or shoppers at the retail park.

McDonald's is McDonald's. Having said that, this one is always "clean and tidy " staff are very polite and friendly. I like the place.

Frimley MD's was one of the best I have visited in a long time. The food I had ordered seem to be fresh & hot. This was on two consecutive nights. Well done to the staff.

Carol went out of her way to make a birthday breakfast treat really special for our fourteen year old this morning, even bringing a sugar donut with a handmade drawing of a candle on top. It made her - and our - day! Thank you so much.

Fast and efficient as always. Just wanted to point out that the two way order system is too much for this place. Yes it's busy but it doesn't have big enough space for the system.
