I asked for a plant burger and asked 3 times for a PLANT burger due to my intolerance for beef ….The female worker repeated it back to me so I knew she heard me and when I ate some of the MEAT burger I complained and had to go and make myself ill. I had a full refund which is for the one star but will definitely not be going back there. I have been ill since my visit and wish they took peoples dietary requirements seriously!!!

EXTREMELY SLOW, ordered both kfc and burger king (ordered burger king before kfc) and kfc was 30 mins quicker than burger king. lots of staff stood around doing absolutely nothing, was going to ask for the manager but food came after 30 mins. I AM DISGUSTED, if i could give negative stars i would!!!

Update your opening times. Very disappointing on a long drive to not have anything to eat at all. If you shut at 11pm make that very clear for people to know

The date today is 24/12/21 11:00 am two Indian girls and a white girl working in the till. The two Indian girls took 40 mins to make the order they don’t care about customers not customer service all they did was chat between each other. One of them was itching her forehead and with the same gloves packing the order. U guys need to look into it.

Would not accept £50 note but no signage to say so, the manager Ahsan found this amusing when the food arrived it was cold and the bacon was uncooked I was told this is how they come?
