Not visited this pub for a long time. Much of it has changed, for the good. A single main bar accessible from all areas of the establishment the landlord and landlady where very friendly along with some of the locals i had the pleasure of meeting. A great variety of beers and lagers. The pub has a large footprint car park, outside table area and a play area for children. A great family atmosphere.

What a great family pub make you feel very welcome lovely food and garden area with live musicians and the Sunday roast is spot on
I would not hesitate in recommending this gem to anyone
You would be missing out if you didn’t try it we can’t wait to get down there again and it’s not out the way at all and ample parking
So honestly!
Do yourself a favour n give it a go

Absolutely wonderful beer garden and the service was very friendly and welcoming. Would strongly recommend for people with children and dogs, as well as those without! The halloumi fries were exceptional.

This place just gets better. A very friendly atmosphere and the clientele are really chatty and nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the place is a proper community pub with a family atmosphere. Lots of things organised most evenings and a good menu. Would recommend anvisit and meet Beverly & Mark

Friendly staff, nice surroundings and a Great Sunday lunch with moreish puddings with nice beers to wash it all down. Following the covid guidelines so feels a safe place to still visit under the current situation. Will definitely visit and eat there again.

Nice, clean looking pub with good selection of beers, the wine list is a little limited but ok. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere was great, only issue a few of the younger guys language after a few was a bit off putting especially if we wanted to bring the kids and try their menu.
Will be back though to try the food 😊😊😊
