Having a coffee reduced to a soulless miserable experience. The shop looks like no-one has cleared up all day, and customers are made to feel like irritants that should really dissappear. No smiles, no effort, no customer care whatever- just give your money and that's it.

You know Starbucks great coffee. And here is the but. Very slow service they just do not have enough staff on and the staff are not trained in customer service

Spent a few hours working here, good Wi-Fi and modern building. Better than the Starbucks nearby in Sainsburys. Service was a slow for a standard white coffee (5mins) probably due to drive thru being prioritised.

On 21/01/2023 aprox 2pm my daughter, grand-daughter and I popped into your store.
We were initially just stopping to have a drink while giving the baby her bottle, the staff were amazing very friendly and the service was very swift. The seated area was very clean and inviting.
So after having our drink we decided to stop of a bite to eat too.

Went to this Starbucks in Farnham which is actually inside the Sainsbury’s store which is very easy and convenient to grab a coffee after you have done a bit of shopping and in fact I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times. On this occasion I I happen to to be served by a nice man who took my order and was delightful! My coffee wasn’t amazing however it is Starbucks but the cake was great and wasn’t squashed in the bag like some stores I’ve been to. I’ll make sure I come here more often as I’m passing through.
The Starbucks was clean and it seemed as if the only visible member of staff had taken care to make sure the tables where wiped and no trash left on the surface and cups had been collected so it was comfortable to sit.
Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

Even though there were a few people in front of me, the barista got through the orders quickly and the coffee is good despite the larger sizes being cheaper than regulars I've ordered from other places.
