Always a good pint of master brew and friendly bar staff and our first port of call from the station.

Big pub in Faversham, opposite the station (hence the name).
Only ever been in here during the hop festival before, so unusually empty compared to that!
Nice enough pub inside, with various seating areas. Locals playing darts. A single gaming machine, but its one of those mechanical ones I don’t understand, so I didn’t play that.
The beer was Shepherd Neame, Spitfire Lager I think it was. A decent lager.

A very friendly and busy music pub. Highly recommend.

Wonderful pub close to the railway station. Pub was very clean and tidy and the staff were fantastic: very friendly and went out of their way when we had trouble with the real ale. The Guinness was excellent as was the Shepherd Neame Master Brew.

Lovely pub, friendly staff and great atmosphere. But pricey but other than that a top place.

Turned up last week about 25 of us unexpectedly for drinks , one lady behind the bar looked after us extremely well thank you so very much .

Unassuming from the outside, we arrived dejected after missing our train. The Sunday Roast we received was astonishingly good! Generous serving of roast beef, lashings of gravy, spectacular cauliflower cheese! Staff very accomodating and friendly. Visit now

Lovely room, very pleased, it was clean, fresh, very pretty and large.
Lots of noise during the night from people coming out of other pubs/clubs, which ruined a good night's sleep but hardly the hotels fault. Closed all the windows and went back to sleep.
There was a problem at breakfast as there was no one around due to the staff having personal problems to deal with, but once they arrived and apologies given the breakfast was great.

Not been back here since before the pandemic, it has recently changed hands but I'm happy to report that its still the same friendly welcoming pub that I remember. Great to see that there is still a healthy appetite for live music here and that this pub actively supports it. Look forward to my next visit.
