I had a fantastic meal here for the second time. The food is presented very well and tastes delicious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and provide excellent service.
We were in Felixstowe and we were recommended the Blue Naan for an evening meal. We phoned the restaurant at 21:15 hoping it wasn’t too late however we were told it would not be a problem as long as we ordered by 21:30 as they closed at 22:00. At no point during our meal were we made to feel hurried in fact the owner was very friendly and welcomed us. The food was stunning, beautifully cooked and rich with deep flavours. Both myself and my partner said we would now be traveling to Felixstowe every time we wanted an Indian meal. One word of caution through, this restaurant has a no alcohol policy which for me is not a problem as they offer an extensive range of non-alcoholic drinks and mocktails.
Enticed here for the first time by their extensive vegan friendly variants on the menu.
The food was absolutely out of this world, really flavoursome and of an extremely high quality.
Highly recommend Blue Naan to vegans and non vegans alike.
Very nice takeaway. Food was in big portions and the menu has a lot of options. We tried a variety of dishes and they were all really tasty. The fusion dishes we had were quite nice. The Naan were nice
Amazing indian fusion cuisine . Absolutely great authentic tasting food. We ordered daal, mushroom rice, pilau rice,prawn satay, keeema naan (see below). Best tasting Indian food we have had by far. Chicken was flavoursome, succulent and just the right level of spice. You won't be disappointed with the service and the food. A great Indian curry house with great prices. We had a fantastic vegan meal option that was delicious. Service was prompt; it was a rainy weekday evening, so the restaurant was quiet. Would definitely make a return visit!
Fantastic meal, very fresh. Wonderful, friendly staff and a new extensive vegan menu for the non meat eaters out there. Highly recommend and would definitely return!
Fantastic food, wonderfully friendly and non-invasive service. The people who were leaving the restaurant just as we were about to come in actually paused to excitedly tell us it was “the best Indian”, so we had a hunch we’d made the right choice - and we had indeed. We had the coconut&mango chicken curry and the lamb rendang, and both were absolutely amazing. As for the peshwari naan, I think it was easily the best one I’ve ever had.
Dined in, took three last minute attempts to get a table as they are always busy, and for a good reason.
Food was amazing! We had the normal menu as the restaurant was busy and were advised that the banquet menu could lead to a bit of waiting around but we're still offered it if we'd like to use it.
We will return for sure and have already reccomended people to visit.
Thank you for a lovely evening. We are both quite fussy foodies and we were both very happy with the food and service at Blue naan! We would definitely revisit when we are in Felixstowe next time !
