No complaints the staff are friendly and very efficient service also professional attitude towards all customers and if your a regular customer they will remember your drink without asking...

Popped in to grab a lunch and have been nicely surprised by 50% off for sandwiches. On top of that Chai latte was absolutely delicious. No waiting inside. Nice and tidy. A bit empty with cookies and muffins, but not that I was looking for one anyway. Nice and tidy inside. The only downside that even with 50% off for sandwiches, getting one and a regular coffee I still paid £9. Makes no sense, unless discount has not been applied. Should of checked it at the spot.

Plenty of variety of drinks,hot and cold. The new staff look happy and give you time to choose your drink. I have only just recently started using this Costa,as I find the drinks are made nicer and served hot.

Went into Felixstowe and stopped at Costa for a drink and panini. The server, Calia, was friendly and helpful. Nice relaxed atmosphere

Always a great place to meet !! Warm and welcoming and good coffee and food!! Good space and has toilets and an upstairs ,great staff always so happy and friendly!! Child friendly establishment!!

Great place to meet friends and family. Staff are really friendly and make you feel really welcome. Love when they say thank you and goodbye too. Makes you feel like part of thier family team too.
