Chips cold, didn't have the pie I asked for so i excepted an Apple pie. On collection no Apple pies & could only offer me a chocolate brownie which were sickly, always a problem & the time before my hamburger was inside out I know, some moron is playing game in Felixstowe.. but they still want paying at the end of the week, whilst it seems I'm just chucking mine away! Don't know why I do it to myself :(

I had visited Felixstowe McDonald’s on a few occasions. Today (11/2/24) was my most recent visit of this location. I was utmost starving, and had ordered x3 chicken Mayo with shredded lettuce removed and added bacon and cheese, to wash it town also requested a full fat medium coke. All x3 Mayo’s were consistent and fresh, and were delightful to the taste buds.
This branch was a mere average on cleanliness, the toilets (male) I can say were surprisingly sanitary and clean, however I was disappointed when I found out I had stepped in a bit of burger and cheese somewhere in the branch.
I had my belly sufficiently replenished, and I was ready to set off in my 2002 BMW 525d Manual Individual “Avus Blue”, however it was a bit of a faff being that the carpark is quite cramped and poorly laid out.

Their coffee is better than Costa and Starbucks! But not as good at Cafe Nero. It's a very small car park that always seem to be full of cars doing deliveries. Lucky is a Lidl near by to park and walk there. One of the most friendly staff McDonald's I have been in. Love the fast self service screens as much easier to pick what you want than talking to someone.

Good food but I hate the way they give you the bag unfolded at the top.
Do they not know that hot food goes cold quickly and folding over the top would keep it warmer longer.
It is a take away after all, you can't eat it in the queue so please roll the top!!!!!!!

Always go here on the way back from the sea side every time. It never seems to be that full and there is usually many seats free. There is always quick service here from helpfull staff. I would definitely reconnecting this place for a bite to eat.

I have been served within 5min and have been very pleased with my milkshake. Inside and outside sitting area has been clean and tidy. Car park very full and a bit of the waiting near the drive through. But maybe because it was lunch time.
