Always go here on the way back from the sea side every time. It never seems to be that full and there is usually many seats free. There is always quick service here from helpfull staff. I would definitely reconnecting this place for a bite to eat.

The waitress service was excellent. Offered us an aperitif pre-meal. I opted for the chicken and this was served in nugget form. Fine choice of sauces. The ambience was delightful with balloons thoughtfully decorating the window and floor.

Basic maccy dee's, little bit too far out of town to be busy although it does have lots of young teenagers hanging about. Otherwise service Is quick an food edible

Ordered food over the machine by speaking to the staff who took the order he only managed to catch half of my order, so when I went to pay for it, i had to re order again and correct my order, but the food was good.

The only problem I would say we had when visiting Mcdonald in Felixstowe was the parking... We waited about 10 mi stop get parked as people collecting orders had taken up 3/4 spaces they need to look for other parking places in busy times. It's only a small parking place as it is.

Mixed bag here.... Time it wrong and you'll have a hell of a wait... Time it right and the food is good, and fast. Just bear in mind that this cost to docks, so busy is BUSY

I was with a person who has a learning disability member of staff was very patient in what was required and even brought the meal to our table and signed thank you which wS a lovely kind gesture and meant so much,and he did this during a very busy period.

They were busy, but the food was prepared exceptionally quickly and was hotter than normal, which was nice. Best McDonald's experience ever. Thanks to all.

I have been served within 5min and have been very pleased with my milkshake. Inside and outside sitting area has been clean and tidy. Car park very full and a bit of the waiting near the drive through. But maybe because it was lunch time.
