I need to mention the customer service given to our family. Our first allocation of Table was near to entrance door. We had kids and sitting near to entrance door facing cool wind was not good.So we requested and they readily given us a comfortable table. After that another person helped us with food service.As first timers everything was new to us.So such guidance and patience from service team really matters. Thankyou. Our visit was 2weeks before on 14th October evening 7:50pm.

The food is awesome as any Nando's! The atmosphere is very cozy! I've been going there specifically for a year now and I have no regrets traveling and hour for it! Good friends Good food!

Visited nandoes on the 29th of July and the staff and food was just Fantastic every staff member was kind and polite
Turned up at 7.20pm and the polite host said we would have to wait 30 mins or so with in 5 mins our table was ready
Sat down at our table And the food was spot on we had the new loaded chips and wow they are Fantastic just take my money nandoes I will be back again
My wife did not finish all of her meal and the kind staff member gave her a box and a bag to take in home in

I have to wait no extra time, because food was ready, customer service leader offer some food while waiting for actual order, and they keep updating.
Toilets soap always available in my last 4 visits.

Helpful and friendly staff named Shakeena look after us well, eat outside with family. The evening was cool so, made everything cosy

The food was great as usual and came very quickly was nice and hot. We sat outside and were told a waitress would come and give us menus.
We waited and waited so in the end just looked at menu on window then went in and ordered. The staff were very appollogetic .
All in all a very pleasant experience. 😊

Nice, fresh food. Not allowed to get drinks yourself any more, which is a pity though. Have to ask them to serve drinks, which is boring. Should allow one person from each table to get drinks. But nice food, as usual.
