I remember this used to be the location of what was probably the worst halal Indian/Chinese called In Lust. The service and food was so bad it caused people to turn away in droves. So on our way to Hounslow to our surprise we saw this new Afghan place and decided to try it and we couldn’t be more happier. Before we get to the food it’s very rare to see such polite and friendly people running a business and here they ticked both boxes. It actually felt like true Afghani food, we started off with Mantu with mince (steamed dumpling) seasoned with herbs and yoghurt. It lot like Uzbeks Manti (the only difference between them being the last letter). Who created it first they can fight over. We then ordered the meat pulao, this is Qabuli pulao minus the sultanas and carrots. The lamb pieces were super tender and aubergine baroo went really well with it. The only thing needed to make this place super special is once they start doing Lamb Karahi and maybe my favourite, Kadoo Baroo traditional style. Whatever it is there is now a very good reason to visit Bedfont.

Went here for some food and it was superb. I don't eat meat and there were really tasty veggie options... Some dumplings with leek and potato and coriander. Loads of bread and salad... rice with spinach and then another dish of rice with carrots and raisins. It was all delicious. My friend eats meat though and had some lovely lamb dishes. Service was excellent and there was loads of food... More than we could eat and very reasonably priced. Service was really good and I will definitely be going back.
