Just got back from Thorpe park, and was craving Pizza. Stopped by this Pizza Hut, and one of the loveliest waitress ever seated us. Yas (the lovely waitress) deserves the 5 star review more than anything. Though the food was great of course. Would come back just to have her as our server. Thanks Yas!!

Had a late night craving for Pizza Hut. Ventured in at 2145hrs and told it is closing for orders in 30minutes. Tried to order a half and half pizza via the Scan, Order and Pay QR Code. Easy to use when ordering one a few items. However experienced difficulty trying to order a ‘half and half’ pizza. The manager came over and assisted and was friendly when helping. Pizza came out in good time and food tasted as expected. Can’t rate the atmosphere as it is late at night and only two other tables in use.

Ok so food was ok, your usual standard pizza and sides. Though pizza hut has changed dramatically over the years and not for the best unfortunately.
However, the service was top notch. They close at 10pm and we placed an order closer to their closing time and I had to go collect our order. Due to their being 2 branches in the same area I went to the wrong one which took a lot of my time but I called the right branch and informed them of the situation and instead of closing up and not helping at all, they went pit of their way and kept the doors open for me to get there and pick up my order. I was really impressed and so thankful to the staff that evening.

Order on uber eats, delivery driver seemed to have dropped the pizza on the way, seal was broken too. Called the restaurant and they redid my order straight away, no questions asked. Fantastic staff running the place. Thank you Ina and Nadeem

Ordered for collection, great food and service. It was all on time and the manager ismail took his time to welcome us and double check all our food was correct. Very lovely service and much better than other pizza hut’s I’ve been to recently.

Good quality food, service was a bit slow but that was mainly because of how busy it was. If it's the weekend definitely try and get there before half 12 otherwise you'll be queueing up for half an hour.

Good experience, can scan QR code on a table and immediately order to your table. I ordered the meal deal for 2-3 and it was more than sufficient for two people. It comes with a large pizza, dessert for two, two sides and three salad bowls. They even auto deliver the dessert towards the end even if you order online.

The food is as consistent in taste as with all Pizza hut. However the service here is extremely poor. You have to wait at least 15 minuets before someone takes your order and add another 30 for someone to clear your bill. I have been here at least 3 different occasions on different days and times but the level of service is always extremely slow.
