Pizza Hut

Very good service. Placed order online 45 minutes before collection and was ready 5 minutes before my scheduled collection time, although this all depends on who's working there, hence the review down from 5 to 1 star. On my most recent visit, after ordering the pizza in store, the woman at the counter got my order wrong and I was basically accused of lying. So the customer isn't right! After I demanded a refund, she spoke to the manager who agreed to replace it with the correct order. On another occasion the Pizza had so much grease on the base, it had leaked through the corrugated cardboard separating the Pizza from the box, and eventually made its way through the outer box. I complained via email but nothing was done about it. Worst Pizza I had ever eaten and had to scrub my hands like anything afterwards to remove the grease. The service level you get here depends on which member of staff is working that day. Much improved now as looks like new people working there. Very good service from the young girl that works there.

This is the second time we have ordered and we have had a problem with the food sent but it has been due to problems with the system, I went to the store and the person in charge very kindly explained everything and made me a new pizza as I ordered in the beginning. . very friendly and helpful person. Regarding the pizzas, say that we have ordered the new beyon meat and they are delicious. we will repeat! not only for the food but for the treatment received

This is usually my go to place for getting takeaway pizza and I've never had any complaints as the staff is super friendly and quick. What pushed me to write this review was my last encounter with Pizza Hut. I ordered some pizza and sauces. When the pizza arrived I couldn't find the sauces in their usual spots on the top of the pizza box. I asked the delivery guy about it and he rang up the Pizza Hut in question who confirmed that the sauces should be inside one of the boxes and for me to ring them if I can't find them. I found the sauces inside one of the boxes and happily continued to have my pizza. About 7 minutes later I hear a ring on the door and another delivery guy has brought some sauces. They didn't even wait for me to ring them up and proactively brought the sauces. It was my fault for not checking the inside of the box first but the attitude in which the workers in this branch acted is well worthy of a commendation. In the moment I forgot to ask the employee for his name but whoever you are, you are great!

I am very pleased to say that the service of this delivery met my expectations. The pizza was hot (maybe too hot) and extremely juicy/tasty. Also, the delivery was quick and reached my house in less than an hour (probably because I didn't live far) and it was satisfying. The only problem my family and I had was that the cookie dough was way too sweet, and talking to the staff on the phone was very distracting because he spoke very fast and unclearly. I therefore give this service four stars, mainly because I also think they charged much more than it's worth.
