Burger King

The new services for the area which encompass Burger King, Gregg's, and Subway! The premises are always clean and presentable. The staff are fantastic and have helped me out a couple of times by bringing my orders out to me (as I had a sleeping baby in the car), it's my go to services to drive to should I need to drive around to get my daughter to nap. The renovations have really paid off for this building, the choice all under one roof and the team there are wonderful and friendly. The food is always good and cooked the way you like, should there be a problem they will remake it for you or refund you. The car park and parking could be improved upon to match the wonderful new building but it still does it's job. Very happy to have these services back up and running for the local community as well as the traffic coming off the A14.

vast improvement over the little chef that used to occupy the same site , modern toilets and good choice of food outlets. the only downside is that the cleanliness of the seating area and toilets was not particularly good I visited at the end of the day and there was rubbish strewn about and the toilets needed a good clean .

It's fine. Dont listen to any1 else, some people will complain over anything... its life, mistakes happen, sometimes throughout a year toilets will be out of order? OMG... who'd have thought it? I'm the 99.9% that don't leave comments or reviews lmao I've been to this BK about 6 times in total in the past year? Never had one issue. The 1% would leave a bad music video comment... a bad review for anything... they'd do it regardless, even if it was perfect they'd complain. Where as we the 99.9% don't give a flying duck.

I love Burger King and this was one of the nicest ones I've had. It was a bit slow for a "fast food" place but that's mainly because there was just one guy cooking and he made everything fresh as ordered so everything was hot and fresh when we got it. I also appreciated the station with salt, mayo and even sweet chilli sauce. Usually you have to ask and they forget anyway. I ordered the angriest whopper. Which is supposed to be super spicy. It wasn't. There was absolutely nothing spicy about it but man was it delicious. It'd be my new regular order if it were to become part of the menu. The only two things that kept me from giving it five stars are, the portions of fries were very small and my girlfriend got five chilli cheese bites instead of the six we ordered.
