Still sporting a period decor, this beautifully presented cafe was a delight. The staff were welcoming and easy to talk to. The coffee was excellent. The teacakes and crumpets were great, too. We enjoyed our time here very much! Thanks. 😀

We have visited this tea room every time we visit Filey for many years. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious; always a good choice of lovely cakes. We learnt today it will be changing hands in 2024. We really hope the new owners serve the tea in China cups and keep up the lovely atmosphere we’ve enjoyed under the current ownership. Thank you to the current owner and staff for making us feel so welcome over the years. Wishing you a Happy Retirement.

I'm so glad we found this tearoom. The waitress was helpful and friendly. I didn't see anything GF on the menu, but she confirmed they had GF paninis - and it was wonderful! If I go back to Filey, I will definitely return to this cafe. Thank you.

What a wonderful find. We sat outside in lovely March sunshine with our 2 little dogs. A lovely warm friendly welcome . Great service, delicious food . All was great . Well done to the team .

It's a lovely little tea room. The staff was friendly and the food and drink was lovely too. I had a Tea Pig tea and coffee and walnut cake , my dad had a coffee and scone. Both was very tasty. I really like looking at all the old tea sets and the other memorabilia in the shop too

Lovely little place,clean and welcoming. Only 1 teeny complaint, tea didn't taste like what I had ordered. But it was drunk and quenched my thirst.
There was a lovely older lady, with her dog, enjoying a cuppa in the sun. The waitress bought the dog a snack out too. 😀.
Hope the lady doesn't mind, but it was such a lovely thing to see, I took this picture because it summed up being here to me.
