Captain Will's

We have lived in bridlington two years now. Every now and again we go to filey and have a drink at captain wills. It’s a lovely little bar never had a problem with any of the staff always ask how we are and general chit chat it’s all you want in a bar. Chantelle makes a fab gin and lemoncello. See you soon. We called last Saturday lunch time , just as Karen was opening up ,but never the less very soon rustled up a large pizza . We always use this very nice hideaway in the centre of town when in Filey. I have read some of the negative reviews and the outstanding positive one's. We have never found Karen & Neil anything other than welcoming, polite and obligeing. We can all have our off moments from time to time , but this couple really try there very best to offer nice food and a good selection of drinks . I also know Neil has recently had a knee replacement operation but soldiers on giving good service and both offer a warm welcome to all , at this little gem in Filey. There is so much to say about this fabulous little jewel in downtown Filey. It sets itself up as an alternative to fish and chips shops and busy noisy pubs. It has attentive staff, excellent quality and well priced food and a great selection of drinks. We recommend the meat and cheese board. We had walked from Bempton that day and wanted somewhere lively but not too loud. The music was great and the noise level just perfect; lots of folks having fun. We will certainly be back.
