A wonderful gentleman was my server today! Very polite and gracious!! The pho was garden fresh and super delicious!! The hot tea was perfect!! Highly recommend!!! Looking forward to a return visit with my dear JIUJITSU2000 love!!!

Visited here again lunch today with my love JIUJITSU2000! Food was just as yummy as the 1st time. The server treated us wonderfully! Small quaint, but spot on. Tried the beef pho and rocket shrimp! Awesome fresh and great flavors. The place to go when you need that perfect meal.

First of all, food was very good. Nice prices, great selection, nice selection of greens, however, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Our group of 6 people carefully explained how we wanted to split the check at the beginning of our meal to an older gentleman who could've been the owner? Anyways, we ordered, got our food, ate a good meal and when we went to pay, we were ready to pay according to how we arranged it at the beginning.
He then became extremely irritated almost immediately and raised his voice at all of us about how we didn't discuss any of our plans to him and how inconsiderate we all were. I saw the receipt he was trying to make me pay and saw things none of us even ordered!!
I tried explaining but he talked so loud over me. Irritated and angry as well, I just paid a huge bill without any other thought and left. He continued to make comments at us while we were leaving.
This place definitely lost my business. Incredibly unprofessional and no way to treat a customer and a person in general.

Got Take out. I was expecting that for the price, it would be wonderful and the restaurant itself be more high end.
Cons: The pho broth was just mostly salty, not flavorful.
The vermicelli was extremely skimpy. We got grilled pork with egg roll. Literally looked like 4 or 5 small pieces of BBQ style pork, not so much grilled. The dipping sauce was also salty, not a balanced flavor.
Fried rice was good but also too salty. Too much fish sauce.
Extremely small portions. Quite skimpy.
I recommend the restaurant be light handed on salt.
PROs: It was terrible but could have been much better!

This is very sad for me to have to do because I have been coming to this business exclusively for Vietnamese food for the past 4 years and have really enjoyed the food. However, last night I ordered chicken pho take-out. When I got home, I ate a few bites and immediately noticed that there was something off with the chicken. It was extremely tough and tasted like it could be spoiled. I always order the chicken pho and it has never tasted this way before. I called the restaurant to let them know the issue and they said I was the only person to complain of this and asked if I could bring it back in to them. I drive all the way back to the restaurant for the second time, and the owner takes a bite of the chicken from my meal. He proceeds to tell me that it tastes fine and that maybe I’m getting sick (which I am not, I am 100% healthy). He refused to refund me or remake it after I hardly ate any of it and paid $17.67 (including a tip). Unfortunately, I will not be coming back after this incident.

We've been eating from MPM Pho for over a decade. Our family doesn't even need the menu anymore and the staff typically know what we're going to order because it's such a staple in our routine. In my opinion, they're the best Pho in town. I geothermal veggie pho, kids get pho Tai Nam (think beef flank) and/or yellow chicken curry, and my husband gets pho tai bo vien (flank and meatball) or seafood pho. My daughter and husband usually order a Thai tea too. I love the quantity of fresh basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, lime and jalapeños they serve with the soup. We typically refuse the hoisen and Sriracha and just ask for chili paste because we're gluten free. Their rice wraps are also delicious, but since I'm vegan, I haven't ordered these because they have shrimp and pork. I'm not much of a fan of their vermicelli because it has a strong vinager and fish oil taste, but I'm sure it's delicious to those with who appreciate that taste. Everything smells great, the atmosphere is pleasant and the overall service is fairly quick and friendly if they're not too busy. When they have a full house, it's still worth it to us to be patient because they're our go to pho, Vietnamese, Tuesday dinner delight.

Had high hopes due to the other reviews but it was just ok. Pho was luke warm and the flank was tough and not the best cut. The Pork Vermicelli was blah. The food is at least edible but not worth the price. The search continues in Flagstaff for better Vietnamese food.

Meat was spoiled I brought back my pick up orders to possibly get my meals exchanged. I didnt want a refund I been coming to this location since 2012 & the business as been declining with poor services. Meals are over priced & portions are smaller. I was asked I needed to check my meals before i leave which does not make sense. I was told I ate 80% of my meal & couldn’t replace my $40 dollar meal. Apparently when you receive a pick up meal eat & check before you leave. Spoiled meat & over priced meals & poor services is not the place to come for lunch or dinner! …

We were traveling and decided to stay in Flagstaff. Looks up this restaurant that was not far from the motel and I am so glad we did. The food was amazing, the service was great and professional and the restaurant was clean . It was something out of our comfort zone and loved it. Totally recommend you give this place a try!
