This place is HORRIBLE! Gross food for a lot of money and TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE "service" (???) it doesn't even deserve that word! Our hamburger was cold and not even wrapped in the paper all the way, it looked like it was kicked into the bag! The price was one thing at the speaker and another at the window, no straws for the drinks, no condiments we had asked for and the order was wrong.
Awful manager, refused to give us a refund and said they had to have the food EXACTLY as it was given....how would I know the condition of the food IF we didn't try it???!!!!

It's pretty consistent in that you going to order you get your food within 5 or 10 minutes it's going to be pretty good they might forget to give you something and you go back and they give it to you and you all you're hoping for is that they're polite and friendly.
variables for me cleanliness is the bathroom stocked things like that and it's fast food that's why I'm giving it three stars and not 4 my expectations were a bit lower and they come pretty close it's a good place if you want to go get something to eat quickly and on the cheap

Well we used a coupon and the manager didn't know the code so he wouldn't give us that price for the meal we ordered ,but we used another coupon that was cheaper didn't have drinks but the cashier went ahead and gave us two drinks with the meal. The manager there should know a little more or try to satisfy the customers and have some kind of personality. He is not Burger King type management material he would be better off as a parking lot cleaner.

Worst experience ever at a burger king! Person waiting on customers had the personality of a dead rock. Screwed up the orders. Menu shows multiple shakes. Ordered a Strawberry shake, said we dont have it, so ordered a chocolate then said we only have vanilla. Half the fountain drinks said out of order. Urinal was out of order. This place is horrible.

Just watched the front counter kid take a burger back from a customer that was made wrong. He wrapped it back up and put it in the burger shelf area for the next unsuspecting customer. In a time of covid probably not the best practice. I threw my dinner in the trash after seeing that, never coming back to this location. When I asked him why he put it back he said he will throw it away later. Why put it back on the shelf with the rest of the food???

Had to re-yell the order 4 times through the microphone until we finally drove up to the window to order. Once we ordered it took 15 minutes to complete a simple order and when we ate, everything was horrid. Coffee was very bitter, and the chicken nuggets tasted and looked like they were cooked 2 days prior.
