A cracking little pub this. We moved to the area last year and have frequented this place a number of times since including popping in for a few daytime drinks, a couple of times on a Saturday night to watch some live bands and most recent a few weeks ago we took my 4 yr old and had lunch outside on the benches whilst he went too and from the play park! Ideal.
The first band we saw back in Jan were called Continuum who were great, drew a busy crowd with lots of dancing. We’ve also seen Daft! Who were also quite good.
I understand they’ve recently started doing food again which we tried a few weeks back on a Saturday lunchtime. We shared a pizza which was nice, although maybe a build your own option from available ingredients/toppings would be a nice addition.

Spent a lovely afternoon at the Falkners.
There was a large group of us with kids and dogs and they were so accommodating.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and just lovely! We all had food and it was absolutely delicious! Amazing value for money as the portion sizes were big. My son has several allergies so it can be daunting eating at new places but their allergen info was spot on. Everyone in our party had a great time and we’ve booked back to go again. Highly recommend!!
