Fleet Rd Subway, Himmat is such a genuine guy, I work nearby and his endurance for customer service is inspiring, every time I see him, he is going out of his way to engage with customers, he is putting other branches to shame with this positive attitude, thank you so much for the consistent, brilliant service, really hope he gets rewarded for consistently going above and beyond.

No idea who the guy behind the till was today late evening (Wednesday 28 June) - but the service was simply outstanding for any Subway. The gentleman was very polite, spoke well, and he really made sure we were looked after properly. (Eg adding toppings we requested, adhering to my wife’s request for a different toasting routine etc.) He clearly cares for his customers and this was refreshing. Late evening meant the place was empty and it perhaps allowed for the slow-paced, careful / detail-oriented service that we liked - not the rush you sometimes encounter in a Subway because there are others waiting to order. We tried the new menu and both my wife and I really liked the subs we ordered. We will be back for sure.

I challenge anyone to find a Subway with better customer service. The staff here are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I’ve become a regular now just for the chit chat! The food is great too.

Been a few times over the last few months when visiting relatives in Fleet and after a quick lunch to take home. The guys working in here always greet you with smile and know what they're doing. My last visit I ordered for myself, 3 kids and 2 other adults and they weren't phased by this at all, they kept up with what I was ordering, even with the 3 kids talking over me. They even made the effort to talk to the kids and ask them what extras they wanted with their meal deals. Nothing is too much for these guys and they are always polite and give great customer service. Look forward to my next visit.

Everytime I come here the guys are smiling and happy, not just that, they're going the extra mile without a second thought. Got let in this morning way before opening time, Sol served me and couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Breath of fresh air. Unlike a lot of other highstreet outlets. Well done lads, if everyone followed your example we'd all be that bit happier. I NEVER write reviews but you genuinely deserve the 5 stars.

Probably one of the best Subway outlets around. In my experience the staff make an effort to ensure the customer area is kept clean and tidy even if working alone. Staff members are very approachable and friendly, with a customer focus.

Empty when we arrived but very soon filled up. Friendly, efficient staff who served us very quickly. Large selection of breads, meats & salad as well as the option to toast. Good value for money too - a tasty lunch.
