It's like going to mum's kitchen for a meal. The owner greets people nicely when they come in, and it seems lots of local people have their meals there.
Nice decorations: there's a cupboard full of mugs with nostalgic brands and other items.
The food is great. Ordered a steak pie with potatoes and vegetables. The vegetables were cooked from fresh rather than frozen bags. The pie is with chunks of tender beef and nice gravy.
Fully recommended if you want a reasonably priced and delicious quick meal.
