Fantastic team - work nearby and visit often. Been in today Sun 2nd - some of the customer attitudes are atrocious. A to-the-door wait took 5m. Drinks were great. The team today are doing amazing - especially the two young girls on the bar. Don’t let the few rude people dampen your smiles!

This branch is always clean, the staff are friendly and efficient and a Costa Coffee is the best. Unfortunately we live 80 miles away so can only visit when we are in the area.

Staff at the Costa Coffee Freeport Branch are always so polite and friendly. I always drop in for a coffee and cake, when I am visiting family. 5* service from start to finish
great service. I loved the new salted caramel crunch frostino. Cakes are always soft and amazing. Haven't tried the food yet.
