Went and ordered a drink. Huge queue with limited staff, think I saw 3 people, 1 taking orders, 1 doing drinks and 1 cleaning. Expected to be waiting for a while with the amount of people at the end waiting for drinks, but got served quite quickly and got my drink quick too.
Visit is Costa Coffee August 2022 with my younger daughter and husband absolutely lovely. Coffee was lovely and the food was too going to visit July 2023. Thank you to all the staff at Costa Coffee. So polite and helpful.

great service. I loved the new salted caramel crunch frostino. Cakes are always soft and amazing. Haven't tried the food yet.
Busy place but it was raining on my visit so was to be expected. Nice layout, comfortable seating and the usual quality you'd expect. Their knowledgeable barista explained to me about the blend I was drinking.
My favourite coffee shop, really helpful staff as usual.
