Unbelievably slow and when you eventually get to the till usually don't have what you want better of going to a different Greggs
Went in there and to be fair she was cleaning however took her 5 mins to serve me. The steak bake was delicious and would recommend. The biggest let down was the peperoni pizza it was foul it tasted like someone gave me a tub of sweet bbq sauce and would stay away from it at all costs.
Is there a management system in place to keep stock low for some reason? Went in at 0930, no bacon, no egg for baps. Like 3 pasties in the whole cabinet. Had to just get a coffee and leave
The food was ok, the service unfortunately wasn't. The girl was miserable, I asked for a bag as I had a walker stick and couldn't carry the 6 items, and she never even helped me, it was busy and I was so embarrassed as I was trying to rush and only had the use of one hand. Would never go back.

Guy with glasses and beard is very rude and unprofessional. Food quality below average.
I like Greg's, but the staff members are very rude. I don't know why they hired him? Surely, he will screw the brand's reputation.
