I just learned it today that this place is closed. This place serves one of the best ramen in NYC, at least in my opinion. I have traveled a lot and have tried many different ramen in Tokyo, Sapporo, etc. This place is indeed a gem in the neighborhood. I will miss it dearly, and secretly wish it reopens.

Went here for the first time, had the ambiance of a yatai(Japanese ramen cart), which I liked. It's a small place but if you have a larger party there are seats outside. Ordered a shoyu ramen, tasted good and the flavor and potential was there however it was much saltier than I expected. I fully expect a good shoyu ramen to be salty however this was a little too overpowering. Still giving 5* because it did taste good and had a good rich broth but please lower the saltiness a tad so it doesn't overpower what should've been more flavorful

All of their ramen is good, but especially the COLD RAMEN (pictured) if you want something refreshing but still ramen. Simple menu made top tier. Nice little outdoor seating area in an enclave, not in one of those shack-like streetside outdoor eating areas. Enjoy the breeze and hear the LIR train pass in the distance (actually somehow peaceful when eating here.) Courteous staff too and especially good prices for the portions. Takeout and delivery also available (last i checked)

Ordered the #1 Ramen on the menu. Very thick pork broth. Most authentic ramen place outside of Nagoya Japan in my experience. (If you think it is not authentic, chances are you never tried real ones.) Suggestion: open a store somewhere in Flushing, and this place will be POPULAR all over asian communities in NYC.

Tried this new place today and I was pleased with the experience. Got the Keika Ramen. Loved how the broth had a bit of a kick to it. The ramen noodles were cooked to the right texture and chasyu was tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. So glad to find a hidden gem of ramen spot in forest hills.

Nice new ramen joint in the neighborhood! It’s has a small footprint. Total 5-6 tables outside in an alley that seat 2 each and a few seats inside. The ramen is good! The tonkotsu based broth was delicious and had great flavor. The noodles were perfect. The chasyu ramen was tasty! Their karaage (fried chicken) is pretty good too. Every restaurant does it a little differently. Some give you a spicy mayo sauce. No sauce here. More of a dry season. I did think the tables were a bit close together outside but it’s a small footprint so something to consider for yourself. Overall I’m very pleased they are here. Prices are reasonable. I’ll be back!

Love the food here! We've had the keika ramen which has a creamy rich broth, the Kara miso ramen which is spicy and rich, the kara age and the tonkatsu, both of which are delicious. Highly recommend. Delivery is quick. A must try if you like ramen.
