Update Oct 2023: The quality of the food has decreased. I just ate steak that tasted like pure liver. They used the cheapest type of meat. However, the rest of the meal was great! The tip is already included in the total, which seems fair since the waitresses work hard and are courteous. However, when you pay, the receipt has an option for tip. This is a bit deceiving, since the gratuity is already part of bill. You must read the check carefully. 2020 Good food at decent prices. The pupusas are amazing

Great food. Prices are reasonable. In my opinion best pupusas in the area. I ordered it every time I am back in the area. The portions for the food is great. I love their Atol and their pupusas. Recommended.

I love the pupusas! Very tasty the sides also. Service was good for the most part. Ambiance is packed whenever I go and sometimes live music.

My friends told me they ate here 4 days in a row. And now I completely understand why. This has become my #2 favorite spot to get pupusas. My number #1 located in Los Angeles. Super friendly service, the Latin music took me back. They were so nice when we asked for more curtido. The beans, plátano with crema on the side are a must!!! Definitely need to make my way back!

Out of town tourists of course. Looked it up and from Manhattan took train 7 and got off on the Junction Blvd stop. Walked 4 minutes and found this place. It wasn't busy that rainy, Monday afternoon. Asked for a couple pupusas, hortacha and granadia! Good quality food and great service. Place was clean and even had a guy come in and play guitar, it was definitely a different experience. Muy ricas las pupusas y buen servicio!

So a few of the reviews I read said they waited a long time to get the food and that it was just ok. I DO NOT agree, it did take a little time but it’s not fast food, it all was fresh and had just been made. The pupusas de revuelta were super hot and fresh, the tamale de elote con crema was just as fresh and super moist and it all tasted AMAZING!!! I have tried a LOT of pupusas tamales and other South American dishes over 14 yrs and these were the better ones I’ve had!!!! Good job on the food and the service was great too very friendly and we didn’t feel like tourists.
