We use this Costa when shopping at Tesco. The staff and service are first class. Since COVID our visits have been less frequent but what must be noted is the staff’s attention to cleanliness and covid rules including track and trace. All the procedures followed rigorously especially cleaning of tables etc, immediately a customer leaves.
This not found in other establishments.
All of the staff here are a credit to your company and must be commended.

The Costa in Forres is the best one the Batista's make the perfect latte the ambience of the outlet is perfect and the service is first class

I ordered my drink and took a seat as my knee was hurting. When my drink was called, the girl who served me (who was now cleaning tables) went over and got my coffee without me even asking. Nice to see somewhere that stl has good customer service.

As usual my husband and I had a very enjoyable coffee once again and, as reported previously, we have a very pleasant, helpful and efficient staff at Costa within the premises of Tesco in Forres, Morayshire.

On a foggy, miserable morning in July this weary traveller stopped off in tesco Forres for a comfort break and found a Costa which has recently had an upgrade with more space and many more comfy seats. Having been a Costa coffee drinker for quite a while the upgrade was welcome but what was even better was the smiling friendly faces of both baristas. Well done Costa
