Beautiful meal, rang 10 minutes before they opened and they managed to fit us in! We have 2 fussy children and they absolutely loved it! 🥰

This appears to be Fort William’s premier restaurant so it would be wise to book ahead. We arrived just prior to Storm Babet hitting and were keen for a good feed. Fortunately Crannog certainly delivered the goods. The langoustine starter was fresh and excellent value for money. Mains comprising fish and chips and a grilled cod were similarly excellent and dessert being a Diplomat pudding was stunningly rich. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the Glencoe area.

How this restaurant does not have 5 stars is beyond me. I had dinner here tonight, half a lobster and mussels in the most delicious sauce. The dessert was a great treat as well and to round it all off, the service was incredible, sweet and very attentive. Highly recommend coming here but make a reservation.

Fantastic seafood restaurant, must visit if you’re in Fort Williams!! The food is just incredible, all the seafood are just super fresh and tasty! I had hands down the best seafood linguine I’ve ever had and it’s gonna be really difficult to top this. The linguine had so much seafood in it like scallops, mussels, langoustine and so much more! The sauce os creamy and has a hint of chilli. I love this dish so much!! The mussels came in a massive potion with lobsters on them, it tastes so fresh! Totally recommend this dish! The oysters here are incredible, but you need to be there early tho cuz they might not have enough oysters! My friends and I enjoyed the langoustines, lobsters and turbots and oysters! The atmosphere and decor is amazing, super friendly service. It is a popular restaurant so book ahead if u can!

What a delight this place is. Remember to book to avoid disappointment. The oysters were simply stunning, and the seafood tagliatelle was delicious. My wife had fish and chips, and the sample she spared for me to try was quite simply the best battered fish I'd ever had. Every mouthful you take has fish in it. There was so much mixed in. Now for the desserts. Yorkshire rhubarb fool and mascarpone cream with amaretto jelly OMG if you're in Fort William, you must experience this restaurant

Wow, absolutely magnificent seafood. I've been back in Canada for weeks and am still dreaming about the scallops, fish, and chowder at Crannog. Definitely give it a try and be sure to make a reservation in the busier season. It's well worth it!

Oysters, monk fish scampi, and mussels. They were fully booked but managed to squeeze us in, the mussels were probably some of the best I've had, the Oysters were huge, if I'm ever back here I'm going to try the lobster 🦞

We were here for the seafood and not disappointed at all. Must try the langoustine and the scallop. Not a fan of the mussels, but the sauce of it is so good to go with the bread. The brocoli side is delicious too with the special sauce. Advance booking is highly recommended, as the place is always full.

Really good food! Service is PHENOMENAL! The team work really well collectively. I enjoyed that this place is just off the main pedestrian road. The food was very fresh tasting. The vegetable soup was great. A bit too much cream sauce on the greens, but the fish cake was excellent and the fish was cooked beautifully. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his burger.
