The Toll Bar

I notice that most reviews are well out of date and are irrelevant. We (2 adults and a 16yr old) visited 2 days ago and had an excellent lunch. We also learned that they had only recently ....7 days....opened as a new business. We had fish and chips, smoked salmon linguine and I had a Thai fish curry......this was easily one of the best fish curries I have ever had....full of flavour with the freshest of fish and mussels. The portions were all very generous and all excellent. The location is good and although there is a small terrace with lovely views we chose indoors to escape the sun for a while (I know who would have thought). Service was friendly and charming...would definitely return.
