Just like your normal maccy dees and the good thing is that it has a toilet just incase you are travelling a long distance, the prices are the same as a normal inner town one as well, there is a small car park but it also has an overflow one as well!

Always like a good McDonalds and this is one of them. Stopped here several times and never had an issue with there service or food. If you need a break on your way down to the coast this is an ideal watering hole😎

Drive through was busy, but was definitely worth the wait as the food was really good. Hot & Cooked to perfection. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Don’t eat a lot of McDonald’s but been St Austell a couple of times and have to say the Fraddon establishment is far more better and really enjoyed it. Food was 100 times more better the chips were crisp and fresh including the burger and chicken strips, staff very friendly annd helpful, the place looked immaculate. 5 star Fraddon McDonald’s.

This isn't specific to this location as we have had this issue elsewhere, but we ordered on the app and when we got to the collection window we told payment hasn't been taken. So we had to drive around again with part of our order to go to the payment window (server window cannot take payment)before collecting the remainder. Unfortunately we then got caught in a queue making that our order had gone cold by the time we got it. Staff were friendly.

Very busy drive-thru as you can imagine but as the drive-thru is the priority customers in the restaurant are kept waiting at busy times.

Came here today for food with my family My grandson had dropped his fries all over the floor and one of the staff called Sally noticed he had dropped them and offered to Help she was a really nice friendly and helpful lady and a credit to your staff Thank you Sally 😀
