Reduced service at the moment. Pre made toasted sandwiches, savoury breakfast muffins, sensational banana bread using bananas they’d grown themselves and coffee plus a few other bits and pieces only at the moment. Eat at the tables in the station which is in a pretty, historical looking ye oldy style with a nice view of horses grazing. LOVELY staff.

What a find !!! The Best eggs Benedict and big breaky ( the day starter) I’ve had since moving to Queensland from Melbourne! I personally went back to the kitchen and thanked the staff. Compliments to the chef ! Fresh ingredients cooked to perfection! Eggs perfect , toast buttered , sauce on the side as we’d asked for , extra bacon as they were out of mushrooms , brilliant sausages too ! If only we didn’t live on the sunny coast ! Next time you get the train do yourself a favour and arrive early and enjoy a brilliant breaky ! * they also have pre made egg/ bacon muffins for your convenience if you don’t have time before the train arrives Thanks for the team at Barron’s Freshwater connection station !!!

More than expected, reasonable price with good food in good size and friendly staff plus good service , please don’t come here so we can enjoy the peaceful environment and comfortable space, nature wild or air-conditioning old style tran...... can’t stress how good is it. If there is 6 starts , this restaurant deserves it!!!
