A good pint in a friendly real pub. In a good area for walking. Will be back
We were just out walking and called in for a beer. It was tiny and was full. Felt like going into someone's living room before taking our drinks outside. Not unfriendly but felt Very much like an established group filling it. The decoration outside was spotless.
Really nice tiny local pub. Minimum card spend £5. Prices are very reasonable. Friendly clientele and staff. No food.
I have been visiting this pub now for over 40 years and to date, have always found it to be friendly. It has a nice family garden in which to enjoy a pint come a summers evening, and sometimes even some horses and donkeys in a field next to the garden. The pub itself has a nice relaxed sit down and
Very very local atmosphere also with excellent integrity of the Proprieters. Overall a quaint respectable venue and well worth a wander into the Frieth Bush to meet the Frieth local Bushmen 😘 and Landlady (and Lion Cat) and family. Intriguingly,,a quiet respectable homely atmosphere . Well d
Great locals country pub. Friendy and good for good pont. Recommend *********
Fantastic little place. A country pub from a bygone age and well done for all involved for the fact that it still exists. Tiny, cosy, warm, friendly and welcoming. Looks great for walks in the Spring/Summer and home cooked food in the Autumn/Winter. Chanced upon it, will definitely be back.
Found this pub whilst out cycling. Had a very warm welcome from both staff and locals. A proper country pub with a nice garden area outside. Food was nice and would recommend to anyone passing by.
Cracking little pub. Proper country pub. Loved it and will be back
Randomly stopped here on a bike ride when I ran out of steam. Beer is good and the local crowd tip-top, they made me feel very welcome, looking forward to my next ride when I'm sure I'll run out of steam again!
Lovely old fashioned pub built in the 1600s that hasn't changed much. There's a lunchtime menu throughout the week and Sunday roast
Cracking pub, great mix of friendly locals and walkers and cyclists in a cosy, warm traditional setting. A proper English pub well worth a visit!!
What a great find! Friendly, small local with great beer and a lovely vibe.
(Very) traditional pub. Great beer, good (but limited choice) food.
A nice meal out with the family on a Saturday afternoon, served a good pint of Pedigree too.
Quaint friendly pub ..the food is good too
