Very nice pub in a great location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is very good and well presented. I had the salt and pepper squid and the Mill burger, both of were good and full of flavour. Just drops short of being top class, But still very good, worth a visit.

Staying in Somerset down from York, saw this place wasn’t too far from where we were staying so popped in, had their Sunday lunch, was bloody lovely. Once they’d stopped serving all staff sat down and ate their own Sunday lunch together, nice to see and I thought this is what we need to see more of in hospitality.
