Called in here on a very damp and dismal day, wasn't too busy and it was warm and cosy inside, the food was better than I expected but the service we had from Patricia was excellent (even though the card machine obviously did not like her, Patricia never lost her cool or got flustered), definitely a future star in the making, prices were reasonable, we will definitely return in the near future 😀. P.S. the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the furniture in the seating area is definitely in need of some tlc. Other than that it's great 👍.
Very busy Friday evening. Had booked in advance and got seated straight away. Starters were amazing.
With main, had to go ask for a sauce I ordered and steaks were a bit too charcoaly but still delicious. Staff was friendly and very apologetic for little errors made but all in all a good meal and would visit again
Last minute booking. Turned up, was lovely and quiet, we got there before the rush. Was 5 in the party. I felt the menu was limited to a lot of burgers but lots of options for burgers. No pizzas. 4 out of 5 from the group ordered from 2 courses for a certain amount of money. Chicken was good. Could have done with some more chips. The place was clean and tidy. There are not many dessert options. Toilets available, parking available. Staff friendly but busy. Drinks were OK, but no bottled still water available. Comfy seating.

Very helpful. Always found us a quiet spot to sit as we have two little ones with autism. Gets quite busy, but the food was good and the staff were lovely. We would definitely stay again when visiting family.
The kitchen wasn't on because of staff shortage which is a shame because i wanted to try some of their food. The menu looks interesting. Maybe some other time. Drinks menu is okay, all the basic stuff. Atmosphere was a bit lacking but then again it was Friday midday.
Nice place and the food was great however the mixed grill was warm not hot as it should be. Did mention to a member of staff for which she apologised but we didn't send it back as it was nice even though a little cool. This is the only reason i gave it 4 star otherwise would have had a 5 star. Would definitely visit again .
Alway good for meat dishes, wasn't so impressed with our Fish n Chips, over fried. Sent back abs had a better fresh fried fish.
We didn't have a booking but the waitress organised a table with bar service. Food basic but good. Very busy so we were grateful to be squeezed in. All staff courteous and polite.
Very busy Saturday and we hadn’t booked not realising we may struggle to get a table. Staff seated us quickly in the bar area thankfully.
Food was spot on, double-crisp burger, lasagne and two kiddy meals. Plenty of food and very tasty, no complaints at all. The service was absolutely brilliant, super friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help us, cleared the table quickly between courses and engaged with the kids. Next morning (we stayed over at the premier inn next door - also great, no complaints) the staff recognised us and again incredibly polite, asking how our evening was etc. breakfast was lovely, unlimited hot food and cereals meant we headed back to Longleat Safari Park with full bellies for the day.
